For the weekend

I purchased an oven stone for Kev as one of the presents in his Christmas advent calendar. When it arrived, all the dimensions real and large, heavy as hell, I wondered if it was a terrible idea. Though it still sits in its box, this recipe that I came across on Baker's Royale makes me hopeful that one day, perhaps, we'll exhume that giant slab and make use of it.
