One. I love living in our NYC apartment. However, seeing Emily Henderson's awesome patio makes me want a house sooner than later.

Two. I'm always cautious not to have too many totes. They are so easy to buy and many are so cute, but inevitably, I don't use them at all except for when we go grocery shopping. This DIY, however, is adorable and I love the idea of being able to show off your own photos.

Three. We have 2 sage plants that I'm hoping can settle into our apartment. They have survived a couple of months so far, but aren't quite thriving the way I'd hoped. Let's just pin this recipe for White Peach & Sage jam here and check back in later this summer.
