Spring at last!
Welcome the season of rhubarb and ramps, that teases with warmth and punishes with pollen, which occasions household cleaning and exhumes with rumples the other half of our wardrobes. I've never been greatly fond of you who offers few holidays, but this year you bring with you my sister, home from her first year of college. In which case, thank you for coming.
