We have a lot of flour left from our Halloween baking, and so will be looking for recipes to try out until it's finished. The below recipe is from Sullivan St. Bakery, whose breads I first tried at the New Amsterdam Market at the Seaport. They are also featured at my new favorite salad bar, SweetGreen, and a slice of their sourdough is served with each bowl.
Can't wait to try this! We'll have to do it over a weekend which we can plan around the recipe, since the wait times are exact.
