After moving into my Greenpoint apartment and eating pasta and jars of sauce for consecutive weeks, Kev took the matter into his own hands and bought me a box of 12 cans of San Marzano peeled tomatoes, from Italy. They occupied an entire side of an under the counter cabinet. It was comforting to know I'd never go hungry with those huge cans of possibilities in my kitchen, even when I hadn't gone grocery shopping for a few days. After many pounds of pasta, stuffed poblano peppers, chicken cacciatore, meat sauce, carrot and onion sauce, there remain only 2 cans left.
WHAT TO DO?!
I'm considering an Amazon Subscription. 6 cans every x months.
