Underground revelation

What I love about poetry is its insistence upon the precise. The forcing into shapes of identity and yearning. The articulation of memory and failure. The constant inward and outward and inward, the contemplative habitual rewording, the gravity of lines and punctuation, the comprehension that every little tiny instant thing means so much more than I could make you see, each word a world.
