Apartment hunt

Purchased an awesome linen duvet cover for our future bed today from H&M Home (who knew!) with a 30% promo. When it arrives it will be packed next to the Anthropologie towels I bought over the summer and together they will await the new apartment.

Kev and I have turned our attention toward Queens, while still keeping an eye on the market in Brooklyn. Kev noted, and I agree, that what we are looking for, the ability to trade distance for space, doesn't exist in Brooklyn today.

Our Queens hunt has kicked off in Jackson Heights. The neighborhood is promising, and we love that it is on the 7 train. Yesterday we stopped by the farmer's market after an open house and scored a gigantic bag of mixed root vegetables that we used to make a huge pot of winter soup!
