No new jobs in August
It is so frightful to learn that no new jobs were created in America in August. As the news on TV turned to this story, I promptly Xed out of shopbop.com, where I was contemplating a knife-pleated gold silk skirt.

Yesterday was my 1 year anniversary as an employee at my bank, and today, year 2 day 1, was so busy I didn't get to lunch until 5:25pm. No complaining, as it was a successful, full, and energetic day, especially now that I am reminded how precious any position is.
